Contrary to popular belief, Nathan is not the spawn of satan. He simply does not care what anyone thinks. He'll go out of his way for someone he cares about whether it gets him in trouble or not. Nathan Tag Young was born to two parents who were doomed from the start, anyway. It was a rainy day in March, the fifteenth to be exact. From the very beginning, Nathan was a handful. Running around, playing with matches, driving multiple people away from his family. Unfortunately, his parents did not stay together.
His dad, a low-life, cheated on his mother. As a result, his father sprung another son that was never mentioned to Nathan. Instead, Nate's father abandoned his other son and his mother, and went to be with Nathan and his mother. Eventually his mother found out and the relationship spiralled down into hell. Nate couldn't bring himself to ever forgive him.
That wasn't the worst that his father had done to him, though. He's always held the fact that he left Nathan alone in IKEA against him. This incident happened on his eighth birthday, and Nathan was stuck there for several hours before a man came and bought him food. The man turned out to be a paedophile. It isn't such an unjustified grudge, is it?
Thirteen years later and Nathan wasn't anywhere that wasn't predicted. He landed himself in community service after stealing some pick 'n' mix. Just a handful! The manager, Beverly (a man, please hold your laughs), tackled him to the ground and called security. Nathan was brought into Bev's office and his father was called after much bickering. Even though his father offered to help him, Nathan declined his assistance. He would have rather done community service.
On the first day, everything in his life changed. There was a terrible storm and he and the group of victims beside him were all shocked by lightning, along with their probation officer. They all developed powers after that, and Nathan was blessed with immortality. It came in handy more than once, obviously. At this point, he's died three times (that weren't reversed).
